Dobprotocol AI agents detect asset distress and activate liquidation mode with a penalty rate.
2. FIFO Matching
LP backings are matched in FIFO order. Only LPs whose minPenaltyBps ≤ penalty get filled.
3. Fill & Earn
Your USDC buys distressed RWA at discount. You receive dUSDC at full oracle price — the spread is your profit.
4. Reserve Hold
33% of filled amount is held as reserve for 24h to ensure system stability. Released automatically.
